It was in the game since the S2 release lol.

Yesterday, i was so surprised to see that car, that i took a screenshot cos i was thinking it was a new car in LFS.

Don´t worry, it´s not like you missed something. RAC is the worst handling car anyways. No need to know it´s there.

The RAC can be a handful, but once you get a good set with that car it is a great deal of fun to drive

Keep those great times coming.

It can also be fun to drive once you´ve got rid of your passenger

Yes it was more drivable with a good set..as many cars.

Fun car to drive though, I enjoy "cruising" around with it just checking the tracks. A real life car also, look a bit up on it from Google or LFS forum.
