I-FRN Championship on WebTV

Yesterday i did the IFRN Road race with skip Barber at VIR North (27 laps, around 1 hour race).

There was a retransmission in Live at this adress with voice comments (in french).

Im the yellow and black car (of course)

I had not a lot of time to practice.

We had 2 laps to qualify and i did the 4th or 5th time on the grid.

I wasnt the faster but i took some defensive lines (not blocking)

On 7th lap the 2 guys behind me told me i was blocking with the voice chat.

With the replay, i wasnt blocking but taking defensive lines and never did "zig zag".

Usually, its forbiden to use voice chat in race to put pressure on someone...

So, i decided to release throttle and let them pass (i was wrong)

And i started to think "did i made something wrong?"

I was disconcentrated and made a mistake.

I finish 9th and if i didnt had those voice chat, i think i could be in top 5.

Anyway, it was a funny experience.

I didn't see any zig-zag either. Good, clean defensive driving from you.

Maybe they ment that you were holding them back, as there were 4 cars right behind you. Like in Trulli train . No need to give position in that situation.

Was your rear wing damaged?

yes on first turn but didnt made problems
