Re: Hello everyone.
Well, you got a woman now as your official legalised property, perhaps you can trade her in for Cabbie Membership ?
How long have you actually been playing LFS ? Racing in other leagues (OLFSL aside) ?

Re: Hello everyone.
I started playing LFS Demo in 2005. At first i just messed around with the mouse and keyboard.
I upgraded to S2 on June 26th 2005. Shortly after I bought my Logitech MoMo racing wheel.
I haven't raced in any league prior to OLFSL, i mainly raced with my S2 buddy (he got me into LFS) and on random online servers until 2006.
Then i moved to Australia and never played it again till a few months ago.
I've been hooked to LFS again ever since i joined the OLFSL.
I only race to have fun, because i don't get up at 3-4-5 am on a Sunday morning to be bored and do laps like a robot.
Some great people to hang out with and have fun while racing ... that sounds good and is what I'm looking for.
Anyway,
my wife will not be traded for anything, sorry
I wish last race was more like the LX4 event ... that was great fun... but no .. i had to be in another pool

Re: Hello everyone.
Hi,
Rookie 41, (so 41, is that how tall you are, your age in dog years, or the length of ya wang ?). No i would not trade my wife, ( because she is sitting next to me).
Oh yeah and welcome to the SCCC web site, can i just say we at SCCC are not like GianniC, we are all much older and less inteligent.
Married life, well now all you need now is some kids and your life can be as fcuked up as mine. .
We used to have 2 Aussies in the team a couple of years ago, they had to get up in the middle of the night to race, mad i tell you.
Anyway you never know we might meet on track, so beware, I am AWSOME ..............

Re: Hello everyone.
Ah the story behind the "41".
I wish it was exciting like how many beers i once had in a night, or the amount of women i had.
But no, it's a lot more boring.
Back in the late 90's when i was introduced to the internet by my best friend he called me Rookie as i was a noob (still am ).
When making my email it randomly came up with the 41 part at the end and I've used it ever since
Kids? Well my wife is a little older than me and already had 2 kids so now i do have 2 kids
See you on the track (most likely when i get Blue flagged to let you lap me ).

Re: Hello everyone.
Getting lapped by Sprinter ? Hahaha! That would be the event of the 21st Century.
You'll most likely lap him
(unless we want to use "getting lapped by" on a more dirty way, in that case... err... have fun 'getting lapped by Sprinter' - please do NOT take any screenshots of that!)

Re: Hello everyone.
Well, few things you might want to know about SCCC:
Everyone is old, except me . Everyone is reasonable inactive, although Lake, Colt, Popeye race now and then. I'm trying to be the active guy around. Tukko left us to find a more 'professional, fast and league focused racing team'. SCCC is not such a team. We race for fun, racing fair goes above winning and we try to be fast in between. Actually, we got some pretty fast cabbies, but as I said, not that active in LFS. If you're looking to be part of one of the oldest LFS teams, can live with the now and then silent forum and not seeing that much Cabbies online, if you wish to join a friendly family more than a die hard pro racing team...then we'd say: welcome to SCCC !
May your activity wave over upon our less active Cabbies and may we have a lot of fun together !
PS: We don't really have any rules, but one of the obvious things is that you'd need to behave online (no swearing, ...), act mature (unless being drunk ) and most of all have to race clean. Now I know you from some races and did some research and I don't forsee any problems, however if you'd be damaging the long standing good reputation which SCCC has, then obviously you'll be removed from the team. Just saying this for the record, so far nobody had to be removed from SCCC and we don't plan doing so in the future

Re: Hello everyone.
WOOT !
I'll drink a beer to that! (well another one since i was already having one before i read this)
I race for fun ... winning is a bonus. The fun i had with you in the LX4 was so good i wish it lasted 400 laps.
Anyway, time to adjust my nick in LFS and talk about skins.
Who's the resident skinner around here? I'd love to get some color on my car
And now that we're teammates ... lets get talking about setups and the next OLFSL event
Btw, whats up with the forum? It took me 30 minutes and about 67 refreshes to get this topic to load.
I didn't spill any beer on my way in did i?

Re: Hello everyone.
Héhé... congratulations When Lake comes online he should give you member access, we can talk then in private about sets and such. There is also a pinned topic with SCCC's skins in it, 2009 version.
Forum now and then has some issues yes, I noticed it too. Just close down and come back in an hour or so is what I do
