Re: "Iracing" new racing sim
Hi Lake, Colt and I (Popeye) have/had subscribed. Mine has expired but can be renewed. Colt is busy with his new home but announced he will renew if he has settled again.
I,m happy doing my duty with XFG@BL1 and stay there because I got little time and to lazy to put energy in other combo's.

It is defenatly alot of money, not just compared to LFS. That´s why I always call it iRenting rather thatn iRacing.

Re: "Iracing" new racing sim
Well it is 67 € for us (less than a ps 3 game i think )and it gets really close to reality , i can guarantee you one year of pure racing with it

Re: "Iracing" new racing sim
A 25 slot LFS server cost approx €10 per month...can be fun for a team, and with addons even funnier but....well you know the story. iRacing has a total different approach to gaming like a rookie system and restriction of cars and competitions wich will grow if you proof to be a good, save and skill full driver. Less or nihil wrecking, you always drive in a group of persons with about the same level of skills, But yes you have to pay for it and by that it becomes more mature too. The dowside is perhaps it lacks a bit of freedom, the payment, and quite time consuming to reach higher levels by fullfilling goals., like driving 20 rounds constant laps, hotlapping, and small race competitions. Not that occasional driving like LFS.

Re: "Iracing" new racing sim
Well , i did it took a 3 months subscription for 26$ and reinstalled the whole thing ( was quite long by the way ).
I saw your message Popeye , i guess you wont see the answer if i make one .
The sim is still excellent , i have a good feeling of what the car is doing and how to improve times . First race yesterday and first crash (on my own ) started 2 nd
and hit the wall on lap 2 , started back from the pits and ended 4th , i guess others didn t do well
