I must stop for couple of days Iracing cos i have some kind of Tennis Elbow and it hurts a lot...

Try to drive with your feet and keep the throttle down with a rock ,et voila cyclops

My FFB is not so hard but i think that making same moves for hours kill arms and elbows.

I will try with feet anyway, thanks Colt for this good advice Smile
